I achieved this goal, and I am barely tempted by sugar anymore. I can still get temped sometimes, but still, I think that happens to everyone. Also the vitamins have cut down over the months and my family has found even more gluten free things, and that is very helpful because most of our family is allergic to gluten. I am not very bothered by being allergic to gluten, due to adjusting over time to the changes.
I knew I achieved this goal when I didn’t bother with getting a gluten free treat to make up for, maybe someone bringing cupcakes, for their birthday, because I didn’t really care about that anymore. Also with the sugar thing, I am proud to say, when I am hungry, I will usually get a banana or a apple. :D
